We are expanding Crystal Mountain with a modern Conference Center, which will significantly enhance our capabilities in the MICE segment. The project involves creating nearly 2000 m² of flexible space, suitable for organizing conferences, galas, corporate meetings, and special events. The completion of the investment is planned for 2028. Once operational, the new Conference Center will become one of the largest event spaces at a hotel in southern Poland, strengthening Crystal Mountain's position as a venue for the most demanding business undertakings.

Conference space

Modern and extensive Conference Centre located in the Crystal Mountain Hotel extends business facilities of Wisła and the Silesian Voivodeship.Thanks to the total area of 1400 m2, you can organize a business meeting for almost 1000 people. The hotel offers you a spacious hall, which, thanks to a system of soundproofed modular walls, can be divided into several smaller spaces adapted to various types of training and conferences, as well as over 500 m2 foyer. For small business meetings the Hotel offers a Meeting Room for 10 people. Each room has independent audio-visual and multimedia equipment as well as air conditioning.

Banquet space

Formal dinners and lunches are part of building business relationships. Meetings in an elegant restaurant serve to maintain contacts or may be the next stage of negotiating an important contract. That is why Crystal Mountain offers you two restaurants, a banquet hall, Club and Lobby Bar. On 2300 m2 of banquet space, you can organize meetings both in private and in a wider group. Meeting employees after a long day of training, on a less formal basis, will certainly result in an excellent atmosphere in the team. Comfortable rooms

An extremely important issue related to organization of a conference is to provide participants with accommodation, especially when a congress or training takes several days. The hotel offers 491 rooms in various categories, thanks to which, with maximum use of space, it can accommodate up to 1,500 people. Each room has the possibility to configure a bed as Double or Twin, and rooms are equipped with an additional fold-out sofa. Thanks to this, rooms can be used for 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons. Your dedicated guardian will make every effort to select appropriate room structure, depending on your needs.

Cuisine

A delicious dinner in good company is undoubtedly the icing on the cake of a successful meeting. After a whole day of conferences or trainings, Chef of the Crystal Mountain Hotel will welcome you serving international or regional dishes. Starting from the classic menu, through dishes from the à la carte restaurant, to feasts by the fire. He also attaches great importance to vegetarian dishes, which is why in the menu you will find dishes tailored especially to guests who do not eat meat and also to allergy sufferers. And for those of you who wish to stay in your room, the hotel offers Room Service.
