• At the beginning of September 2023, our hotel committed to promoting sustainable development and environmental protection by eliminating the use of single-use water bottles. As part of this initiative, we switched to a system of returnable bottles, which significantly reduces waste generation.
• This process starts with the collection of empty bottles by our Housekeeping Department, which are then meticulously prepared for return to the supplier. After cleaning and refilling, the bottles are ready for further use, contributing to the cyclical use of resources and reducing the amount of waste produced by our hotel.
