If you want to be responsible for:
- Supervision of the ongoing operation of the hotel's facility installations
- Performing inspections and checks of devices and installations in the facility
- Conducting diagnostics and repairs of electrical power, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
- Minor construction work ◆ Troubleshooting, performing renovation work, monitoring utilities
- Supervision of warranty defect removals
- Supervision of external service providers
- Effective cooperation with other hotel departments
And you meet the following requirements:
- Secondary education, preferably with an electrical profile
- You have SEP Group 1 E certification up to 1kV
- You are very proficient with the MS Office suite
- You are knowledgeable about swimming pool water treatment technology (an asset)
- You have knowledge of fire protection systems
- You can work at heights (above 3 meters)
- You are open to working in a shift system
- SEP Group 2 and 3 certifications, and group 1 D+E up to 20kV (welcome)
- You are open to people and like to help them
