- Guest service for visitors of Crystal Senses SPA
- Telephone, email, and in-person booking of treatments
- Providing information about the SPA offer and advising on service selection
- Sales of SPA services and cosmetics
- Ensuring proper organization of the reception work
- Cooperation with other hotel departments
