Hotel night starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you want to extend the hotel night, please contact the Reception. Extension of the night is payable and possible only if places are available.

Crystal Mountain offers free stay for children up to 4 years old. This offer is valid for accommodation in bed with parents. Children receive a set of towels during their stay. The hotel also offers additional equipment options for children, such as free bathtub rental or the possibility of renting a cot with bedding for an additional fee. Due to limited number of additional equipment, the hotel kindly asks you to contact the reception, booking department or at the booking stage in advance. If you fail to do so, the hotel cannot guarantee that service will be delivered right away. Price for the stay of children aged 5 - 12 and 13 - 18 is given in each offer and depends on the selected option, children can sleep on a rollaway bed or on a bed.

The hotel has parking spaces in an underground garage. The number of places is limited, therefore advance booking is required. Parking spaces are payable additionally. In the absence of prior reservation or in case of exhausting the limit of places, the hotel does not provide parking spaces.

The hotel serves meals as part of the package purchased in the restaurant: breakfast from 7.00 to 11.00 and dinner from 16.00 to 20.00. During the indicated hours the buffet is at your disposal without restrictions. Entry to meals is one-time. Meal times are subject to change.

The hotel offers Room Service. Menu and information are available in the materials provided in each room.

The hotel accepts pets that do not belong to dangerous breeds/species, weighing up to 25 kg. Arrival with a pet should be reported at the booking stage. In the absence of prior notification of arrival with an animal, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept it. The hotel charges an additional fee for pets.

Due to the comfort of other Guests, please do not bring pets to the public areas, such as SPA & WELLNESS area, restaurants, Lobby Bar, Beauty Salon, playroom for children, gym and Club.

Pets are allowed only in selected rooms. If such a room is not available, the hotel will not be able to accept your reservation, but will propose the next possible date.

The price includes a daily service, which includes: towel change (only if left on the floor), bathroom refreshment, hygiene products supplementation, making the beds, removal of rubbish, refilling water and the coffee set.

To protect the environment, bed linen is changed only on request. If you wish to have your bed linen changed, please leave a note on the bed in the form of a leaflet that you will find on your nightstand.

During the winter season, snow chains are recommended in case of snowfall. In Wisła, a visitor’s fee is charged, which amounts to PLN 2,50 per night for a person. The fee is collected upon check-in only in the form of cash and cannot be included in the invoice or receipt for the stay.
